Face

I'm very proud of the result of this shot. I combined different photoshop technique to achieve this result. First of all I did some curve adjustment to properly balance the face on the woven. Then I applied a radial blur on the photo: in this way i blurred all the shot except for the face. The last action was to create a new level with texture and use the blending mode Soft Light to create a rain effect in the sky. Let me know your opinion about this one.

Pesa

This is Pesa, one of my friends and we were in Matteo's house (another of my friends) after a good dinner with big hamburgers. I like this shot because of the aggressiveness of Pesa. I tried to enhance his scream using black and white with channel mixer and blue filter, that usually create a more contrasted image. I think the result is good. Write your comments so I can hear what you think about it.

A Midwinter Night's Dream

Here I am. I had some trouble with my pc in the past week but now I hope it's all solved. This shot was taken in a cornfield near Bergamo when i was going to my friend's Chicco house and when i saw this wonderful sight i had to stop my car and take a photo. Unfortunately my tripod was not with me so i had to shot to 400 ISO that for my Canon 450d is almost too much but the final composition is pretty good so i decided to publish it on my photo blog. I'd like to hear if you like it!! Have a nice view

Another shot from Matteo's house basement (it is so photographic!!). Only a couple of curves to correct some lights on the wall and contrast the wall behind the punching bag. I don't know why but this photo remember me Mexico, maybe for the colors of the shot or for the stars on the punching bag... i don't know... but this is one of my favourites shots.

Loneliness

An old photo taken with my Canon S2 IS. I was with my two friends Giacomo and Roberto in Salento, watching the sunrise. This is the leg of Roberto with his tatoo of a dinosaur's skeleton and a beer in his hand. I like the cut of this image and i think that black and white give a dramatic tone to this shot.

This is the set of a video for Yeah Skateboarding, a company of my friend Lorenzo. Shooting during the video was very funny because of the screenplay written by Lorenzo. You got to watch the video here. About the photo it's not technically beautiful, but i like the presidential tone that my friend Matteo give to this shot. I want to hear what do you think about it.

Karate Training

This is my friend Matteo and we are in his house basement, where he use to do some karate training. I converted this shot in black and white and applied some curves on the walls behind Matteo, so the basement look more damaged than it really is. I like a lot the punching bag that is moving, but i don't like the pose of Matteo.. i'll try new shots next in his basement: let's see what happen. As always i'd like to hear your comments on this one.
